The company is engaged in the support activities for water transportation. It was incorporated in March of 1977 and it conducts business from its registered head office which is located in Bilbao, Spain. The company is involved in the following services: operation of ports, harbors (including docking and pier facilities), operation of marine railways for dry-docking, chartering of commercial boats, dismantling ships, commercial boat rental, and cargo salvaging from distressed vessels. In addition, the company is involved in ship cleaning, ship registering, as well surveying and classifying ships and marine equipment, and steamship leasing. Further, the company acts in a responsible way towards its stakeholders in order to build a sustainable business and give something back to its communities.
