Pension funding
The company is a Spain-based private equity business that provides financial resources for enterprises. Its corporate office is located in Madrid, Spain. The company invests in enterprises in the Basque Country with a project for the future, but which need firm backing in order for it to be fulfilled. The basic requirements for enterprises in which the funds managed by the company can be invested are as follows: a minimum size; a competent, committed and professional management team; a long-term company project with capacity for growth and development; a stock ownership system permitting temporary shareholdings with medium/long-term disposal; and expected profitability in accordance with risks. The assets managed by the company are invested within a time frame of 5 -10 years, in the case of both newly-created enterprises and constituted companies that already have an expansion or development plan. There are a variety of possible situations for the latter case, such as: businesses needing resources in order to grow, expand, acquire new companies or enter the export market; family firms seeking a professional partner; management teams looking to acquire leverage firms (MBO/MBI); and foreign companies seeking a local partner to accompany them in their establishment process.
