Hospital activities
This privately held company is engaged in the provision medical and healthcare services through its hospital facility. The company, which is majority owned by Igualatorio Médico Quirúrgico, was established in November 1965 under the agreement of 25 doctors, including Jose Maria Domingo González. It has its registered office in Bilbao, Spain. The company owns and operates the Virgen Blanca Hospital, which has a surface area of more than 1,800 square meters under one roof. The hospital provides external medical consultations, 24-hour emergency service, hospitalization service, pharmacy, surgical services, intensive care unity (ICU), as well as conventional radiology, mammography, ecography, EcoDoppler, densitometry, computed axial tomography (CAT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), heart ultrasound, neurophysiology, endoscopy, therapy services (hemotherapy, hemodialysis, chemotherapy, and infantile audiology), pathological anatomy, hematology lab, and biochemistry-microbiology lab.
