The company is engaged in the design and manufacture of car industry components. It was founded in 1996 and has its registered business office strategically located in Bilbao, Spain. It aims to become a supplier of components and subassemblies to the global automotive industry. It provides engine and powertrain products include assemblies, such as oil and water pumps for fluid management; components of engines, such as crankshafts, crank-cases, engine-balancing shafts, cylinder head covers, supports, and common rail systems; casings and shafts for gearboxes and differential gearboxes; components of transmission, soundproofing, anti-vibration, and fluid dynamics; exterior and interior trims consisting of assemblies, such as central consoles and cupholders; and components of exterior trims, interior trims, cockpit subassemblies, airbags, electrical connections, seatbelts, seats, doors, and convertible top kinetics; and chassis and steering products which cover assemblies, including complete rear axles, control arms, and crossbeams; and components of brakes, suspension systems, chassis, axles, front-end systems, steering, hubs, and rings. It also provides roof systems include components of panoramic and convertible roofs, special windows, tinting systems, and load maintenance systems. Furthermore, the company is involved in the production of biofuel.
