The company is engaged in the production of drinking water and in the treatment of sewage and sludge in Spain. It was incorporated in the year 1954 and has its registered business office based in Bilbao, Spain. The company designs and builds drinking water production plants, desalination facilities, waste water treatment plants, and sludge treatment facilities for local authorities, from the engineering stage to commissioning. It operates as a subsidiary of Suez Environnement Company SA, which is a French-based utility company which operates largely in the water treatment and waste management sectors.
