Manufacture of wine from grape

This company is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of still, sparkling and fortified wines. It was established and incorporated in 1901 and conducts business from its registered head office which is strategically located in Haro, Spain. The company owns 250 hectares of grape fields in the municipalities Harro and Villalba de Rioja. Its products are bottled and sold under the following brand names which include Vina Pomal, La Vicalanda, Vina Zaco, Ederra, Royal Carlton, Vina Paceta and Vicuana. The company manufactures 2.4 million bottles a year and has cultivates the Tempranillo, Viura and Malvasia varieties of grapes. It has an objective which is the elaboration of its wines. Furthermore, the company is a part of Grupo Codorniu, a wine producing holding company with operations in Spain and in global markets.
