The company is a Spain based entity primarily engaged in the provision of cleaning, maintenance, security, catering, auxiliary and environmental services; temporary work; socio-health services including services for the old and disabled. It was created by D. David Alvarez Diez at the beginning of the sixties and it started offering cleaning services, later, security ones, and in the end, the company offers any kind of service and facilities and others to enterprises. Headquartered in Bilbao, Eulen SA is one of the largest services groups in Spain. The company's subsidiary, Prosesa, is a diversified service company operating in different sectors such as training, security, health services, temporary work and cleaning. Prosesa, with 10 percent of the security services market, is the oldest security company in Spain, established in 1974. The subsidiary is active in Colombia, Chile, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Panama, Argentina, Dominican Republic and Mexico.
